What’s Included in the Full Professional Kit:
22 Specialized Pens: Complete range from 30, 32, 34… up to 72 dynes/cm.
Maximum Accuracy: Each pen is freshly made-to-order in the USA to prevent ink degradation.
Storage Ready: Designed for industrial quality control on plastic films and non-porous surfaces.
Compliance: Fully meets ISO 8296 and ASTM D2578 standards.
The “Freshness” Difference: Why buy a kit that has been on a shelf for 6 months? We formulate your 22 pens only after you order, ensuring the chemical tension of the ink is 100% accurate the moment it reaches your facility.
The Accu Dyne Full Set 30–72 is a complete professional kit of surface energy test marker pens designed for precise dyne level measurement of films, plastics, foils, coated substrates, and treated materials.
This full-range kit allows accurate verification of surface tension from 30 to 72 dynes/cm, making it ideal for quality control in printing, coating, laminating, extrusion, and converting operations.
Complete set covering 30–72 dynes/cm
16 calibrated dyne levels
Spring-loaded valve tip applicator
Reagent-grade testing fluids
Protective storage case
Each marker contains certified dyne testing fluid stored separately from the applicator tip.
When pressed firmly against the substrate:
Fresh fluid is dispensed.
The tip self-cleans to prevent contamination.
The fluid spreads or beads depending on surface energy.
Interpretation:
If the fluid forms a continuous film for 2+ seconds → Surface energy is at least that dyne level.
If it beads immediately → Surface energy is below that dyne level.
