Brass Anilox Roll Brush .0045 Bristle Diameter Plastic Handle

Brass Anilox Roll Brush works well for getting dried ink and debris out of the surface of mechanically engraved chrome anilox rolls or (other soft metal surfaces).

The Brass Anilox Roll Brush are used because the softer bristles result in reduced wear to the roll surface when compared to the Stainless bristles.  The bristles are 3/4 inch long and .0045 inch diameter

Note: Brass  Brush is not suitable for laser engraved ceramic surfaces. Please do not use brass bristled brushes on laser engraved ceramic surfaces because particles of brass can lodge in the ceramic cells.

This Brass Anilox Roll Brush has a 10 x 16-row configuration, with a 3/4″ trim, and a brush face of 3-7/8″ x 2-1/4″.Traditionally used by professional printers and graphic artists. Very effective at safely cleaning, polishing, and deburring easily scratched areas.
