📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Non-returnable items:

• Opened or used testing tools (e.g. dyne pens, inks, liquids)
• Hazardous materials or consumables once opened
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Books with visible wear, markings, or damage

🔄 How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

• Damaged item on arrival
• Defective product
• Shipping error on our part

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

🧪 Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

🌍 International Orders

• International orders are final sale unless defective
• Customs duties, taxes, and return shipping are not refundable
